6. MEET Feature & Connections

The MEET feature allows users to connect with other skaters. You agree to:

• Interact respectfully with other users
• Not use MEET for harassment or inappropriate solicitation
• Report any concerning behavior to our team

7. Booking Services

Millionaire Method facilitates connections between users offering services (photography, coaching, ramp building) and those seeking them. We are not a party to these transactions and are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided
• Disputes between users
• Cancellations or no-shows

Users offering services are responsible for their own taxes and legal compliance.

8. Purchases & Payments

Event tickets and merchandise purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund policies may vary by event or product.

9. Intellectual Property

Millionaire Method and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RICH SKATER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Millionaire Method from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
