How do I create a MEET profile?

After signing up, go to the MEET tab and tap "Create Profile". Choose your role (Skater, Filmer, Photographer, Coach, or Ramp Builder), add your home skatepark, and you're ready to connect with other skaters.

How do I find skateparks near me?

Go to the Skateparks tab and allow location access. The map will show all skateparks in your area. Tap any marker to see details and who's skating there.

How do I book a photo session?

Find a photographer or filmer on the map or in the MEET section. Tap their profile and select "Book Session". Choose your date, time, and add any notes about what you're looking for.

How do I buy event tickets?

Go to the Events tab and find the event you want to attend. Tap "Get Tickets", select your ticket type and quantity, then complete the checkout process.

How do I listen to Skate Radio?

The radio player is available throughout the app. Tap the mini player at the bottom of any screen to expand it. You can react and comment on tracks in real-time with other listeners.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, tap the settings icon, and select "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Why is my account pending verification?

New accounts are reviewed to ensure a safe community. Verification usually takes less than 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once approved.

How do I report a user?

Tap on the user's profile, then tap the menu icon (three dots) and select "Report User". Choose the reason and provide any additional details. Our team will review the report.

Technical Issues

The app is running slowly

Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check that you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.

Location isn't working

Make sure you've granted location permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > Millionaire Method > Location and select "While Using the App".

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings > Millionaire Method > Notifications and enable the types of notifications you want to receive.
